Horrible!

I just wanted to change my address. So far I have been behind the line for 1:30 min and still counting. I wanted to pay my Brick store purchases with credit card ( good for getting points) and I was told they accept only debit?! I am pissed off from their customer service. First hearing one of their tellers in Richmond hill Ontario discussing customer financial info in a party, then making a mistake on allocating pre-approved credit increase to my credit card instead of line of credit, terrible cooperation and attitude and now this. How on earth I can be behind the line in weekday for two hours to change my address?!
