Haven’t received my order but was charged for it a month ago

Speak to the customer, call them back. Do not ask to send an email.

I can't get a hold of you people. Please, call me and let me know about my order or I will report you to the Better Business Bureau. Why can't I talk to customer service directly? Why do I have to pay a dollar and then $45 to join?

I just want to know where my order is or I'll cancel it. I will call my credit card company and have them remove it.
