Autozone Car Part Replacement Review

I ordered a transmission 3 weeks ago from the store in paragould arkansas. I paid for it and gave the core to the store. After 3 weeks and $2000.00 i still have no transmission. They keep making excuses of why it hasn't came in yet. I am tired of waiting and begining to think they just stole my money and my core. I am about to find a lawyer to sue if this doesn't get resolved today.

Yes, ordered a front u joint on line and picked up.the part as they said they had it. Drove down to pick it up and took it home only to find out they at auto zone again screwed up. Wrong part. I've had problems in the past and with good faith i thought things would get better. Guess thats out

I went to the Wentzville MO location. The employee that waited on me named Chris Caldwell was a total ***. I was talking with some of my other car buddies and they have had the same problem with that employee. I will never go back to rhat store and neither will any of them. They are loosing alot of return customers because they have an employee that treats knowledgeable car guys like jerks!
