I went to the Wentzville MO location. The employee that waited on me named Chris Caldwell was a total ***. I was talking with some of my other car buddies and they have had the same problem with that employee. I will never go back to rhat store and neither will any of them. They are loosing alot of return customers because they have an employee that treats knowledgeable car guys like jerks!

Newbritain autozone is the worst. It's not right when you have 3 employees behind the counter. With only one employee who can be barely keep up to speed with the computer, mostly talking to a customer about nonsense, instead of handling the purchase as quick as possible. 20 mins to pay for merchandise cmon. I will definitely be driving to Napa from now on.

Tried to buy 5 quart oil and filter that was on special for 24.99. Upon checkout the toatal was 46.99 even though I had correct oil and filter. refused to pay full price so they finally got it down to the right price so I cashed in my rewards points and wanted to use my gift card for the rest.
