Purchased a new battery from my neighborhood Auto Zone for a vehicle I was working on .The new battery sat next to the vehicle for about 5 months before the vehicle was totally ready to run however the new Battery was dead and would not accept a charge. Back at the store with receipt in hand and a smile the manager told me to hit the road. All I wanted was a simple exchange.I spend a lot of cash in that store repairing vehicles but that made no... I went to the Wentzville MO location. The employee that waited on me named Chris Caldwell was a total ***. I was talking with some of my other car buddies and they have had the same problem with that employee. I will never go back to rhat store and neither will any of them. They are loosing alot of return customers because they have an employee that treats knowledgeable car guys like jerks!

I feel the need to express my terrible experience with Autozone. About a year ago, my car broke down in Los Angeles. My alternator went out. Lucky for me, I was able to pull into a parking lot. In order to get the car back running, my dad went to the nearest autozone and bought a new alternator. After getting everything back together, we were able to get back on the road. Last week, after taking the car for service, the shop informed me that my... Read more

This is the most unprofessional store ever. I ordered an alternator for my car and called to see if it arrived that day as told, but of course it wasn't. I called the next day only to hear, " oh we don't have it, someone should've told you". What the *** you have my number and could have notified me way before so that I could've taken my business elsewhere. I will never shop there again and will warn everyone I know how unprofessional this store... Read more

I am taking the time to write this in hopes that it will help someone that was not as fortunate as I was. I have faithfully frequented Auto Zone stores for over 20 years now. I liked the availability and warranty of their auto parts. In this particular incidence, I purchased four ignition coils. Not long after installation, my car began to have troubles. After a period, the Toyota Dealership informed me that it was a “misfire” stemming from coil... Read more

On Jan 19, 2017 I went into Autozone to purchase a driver side headlight bulb for my Infiniti G35. A lady named T McDonald pulled up which bulb that I was suppose to buy for my car on the computer. She then went to get the bulb but could not find it. She ask another co worker who tells her she needs to get the key to get the bulb out of a case. She gets the bulb out of the case then she open the bulb then we go to the cash register where she... Read more

Newbritain autozone is the worst. It's not right when you have 3 employees behind the counter. With only one employee who can be barely keep up to speed with the computer, mostly talking to a customer about nonsense, instead of handling the purchase as quick as possible. 20 mins to pay for merchandise cmon. I will definitely be driving to Napa from now on.
