I walked into the auto zone 6712 Rufe Snow Drive. I told Christian that I had a part on hold under the name Brayden. Christian asked Joe if he had pulled a part for Brayden. Joe picked up the part and then threw it. Joe was extremely rude to me and Christian. No one deserves to be belated and talked down to. Christian was extremely professional.

Preferred solution: Joe doesn't need to be in costumer service if he's going to continue to throw merchandise and be disrespectful to customers and other employee's. I highly recommend that Joe takes anger management courses..

User's recommendation: I don't recommend doing business when Joe is on the clock unless you want to deal with his hateful unprofessional attitude.

Hello, my name is Richard Herring I am from Bloomsburg Pennsylvania. I have a vehicle that has a AC compressor I purchased off of use because of the price was good tan it had a warranty well the compressor went bad an its still under warranty an your store in bloomsburg pa store wont take one out to the garage an exchange it and yous deliver parts to this garage all the time, instead I have to leave the job site an drive 15 miles to pick it up and another 8 miles to deliver it and bring the bad one back than get reimbursed for the part plus core thats *** poor service.

especially when you deliver parts to this garage all the time. And a deal on the part Im saving money.

I totally lost all of it. I shouldve just went to another company and bought the part that would take it out there if it was under warranty and Im not the type of person causing *** either when I have to leave a job site, I have men its gotten me there to come and run pressure from your place of business 8 miles to the garage Theres some problems going on and I think you need to look into it Thank you.

How is your loss $125? You purchased and left with a warrantied part and they will reimburse you when you return the original part.

I still have not got my money back

I got the wrong car part then took it back and never got a refund and Noone wants to contact me back so i left countless messages and still no response.. now if you use a debit card you have to wait 7 day to get your money back we'll thats what they say but I've have still yet to get it and it's been almost 30 day..smh

My complaint is about a bottle of oil that I bought and I did not take the receipt. I know I can go to the store where I bought it in baking thats the person even though I dont know his schedule I can keep going back and I know hes gonna recognize me and he knows that I didnt take the receipt, they cannot do an easy transaction and even if I call customer service with Mr.

Andy that didnt give me a last name so I dont know who Eddy is and I dont know any number so I can recognize Mr. Jesse at the store in Spring Valley in Dallas Texas told me dry it out that hes not gonna change it without giving me any hopes Im here at the store and I need the money And theyre not gonna do anything for me.

I gave him a phone number on over the counter that they supposed to have and I put it on that phone numbers account so if I give them the reference are they not capable to recognize the purchase this is way too much. This is a lack of customer service lack of effort .

I took back a starter that I never even installed and the lady is going to call me a lier to my face and this is the 4th time I've delt with this very very rude lady, all I wanted is my refund for this starter that I never even installed because it turns out that it wasn't the problem it was the ignition module?

Management rudeness

I need to speak with someone in human resources please. I was a former employee. I was sent out on a delivery. I asked the manager if the delivery was good to go because all day he had been behind and paused delivery until he approved, so I politely asked if the delivery was good and he responded with, Bye Felicia. Most employees who were on the clock that day were present while I was insulted by the manager.

I feel played!

I purchased a transmission from you back in September, Was first

told it will arrive October 4th. I actually paid more money because of when it was going to arrive.

It didnt come. Ok..I waited and I called and got on their nerves until I was told where it was. So the store reached out and told me me

this long

story and new date was November 11. I wasnt happy but I accepted it.

I waited and come the date I called. They told me it should be her no later then today which is Nov 17. He actually for sured. me that.

So I call on today the 17 and was put on hold as usual for 13 mins. Then a guy on the phone proceeded to tell me it was there. I told them Ill be to get it. I get down there and they make me wait 45 mins while they run around looking

for the transmissions.

Then came back to the front to tell

me it isnt there. I drove 45

mins for no reason on top of that they lied to me once again. Im angry because Im without a car meaning im missing out on money and work because no transportation. Im struggling bad and spent almost 4k on a transmission that was promised to be here on Oct 4.

I dont care if they had to build it. You should have given me that option before you took my

money. I need to speak with someone higher up as soon as possible. He also went and voluntarily ask us did we want a refund.

Why though? Because you tired of me calling about something i purchased?We didnt yell or curse. They didnt even speak when we came

in the store, but spoke to to following

people that came in to shop

behind us. Roll back the cameras and watch the energy.

I purchased a battery from Autozone the Broomfield CO location . I was told that the battery I had was not good .

It was installed by your technician 2 weeks ago on Sunday . This Sunday I got in my vehicle to leave and the battery symbol was on the car started and when I got to the AutoZone it died out on Me. The technician that was working that day came out and tested the battery and told me that the battery was fine . He jump started my vehicle but told me that he could not test the alternator !

Since I know nothing about cars I believed him . He was so rude to me and actually really did not want to help me ! The car died out again and when I asked if he could jump my car one more time he got very angry . I landed up leaving my vehicle there .

Today the guy that I bought it from told me that whomever put the battery on ( your tech) didn't connect it right and it caused my entire fuse system to crash ! So this is what the guy where I purchased the vehicle is telling me . Agsin n since I know nothing about cars I do not know if this is something that can happen or not !

Abd he is blaming the tech ! I really need fir you to contact me abd or send someone to see the vehicle please call me at 303 356****

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Vijay Srinivasan | Director, Digital Commerce & Ops | AutoZoneCalled and wrote me to resolve the issue.

He sent a gift certificate for my trouble.

I used the GF to go ahead and purchase the items. My thanks to everyone involved in resolving this problem.

Ordered $363 of parts on line 9/10/23 from Autozone ( to be picked up next day at local store in Louisville, KY) and was notified next morning via email that our order had been cancelled. Called the 800 customer service number and was trying to understand the customer service person - he said the store did not have the parts in inventory and for that reason the company cancelled the order.

He said the company would have our $363 back in our account within 5 days. I asked why the store could not order the parts and the customer service person said the company would not allow that! I asked why again and the service person said our discussion was over and hung up on me. So now we will not be getting the parts, we will lose the 15% LABOR DAY promotional discount and have to wait up to five days to get our money back.

What a Great Company!! If at all possible, buy your parts elsewhere.

The Vanguard Group, Inc. owns Autozone and apparently responsible for their Customer Service attributes!!!

I bought a battery for my car key fob and i purchased it on September 27 and today it stopped working today October 14th, yet I came to the store I purchased it at and the manager was very rude and said their was nothing they could do for me .
