How is it that this store opens up at 740 and at 830 there are still no machanic's here.

Horrible and forced to find another repair shop late at night. Before i start just remember i had the tire off my car and rolled in so they didn't even have to take if off or anything.

All i needed was a simple valve stem replaced. So, i called ahead of time to make sure they had time and could fix it. I got there and waited 20 minutes to get helped. Finally they looked at my tire and said I can't fix this.

He said we don't have time and he could get to it in the morning. THATS! why i called ahead of time to make sure they had time for simple fix. I told him on the phone all i needed was a valve stem.

So, was forced to *** and find another tire shop for a valve stem!!! Thank god NTB (National Tire and Battery) was still open. They had my valve stem replaced faster than it took Autotire to even look at it. NTB just earned a new customer and I nor my family and friends will never step foot into Autotire again.

I was in a bad spot and needed a simple fix and turned down i feel because they just didn't want to do it. the only reason you got 1 *** star is because it wont let me leave a review with giving you at least one star that you DID NOT deserve

Took my car in for an oil change (Nov 19), found out engine is shot. I have an after market warranty.

Had to wait until the inspectors came out to look at it twice. Friday Dec 5th Autotire told me that I'd have my vehicle by early next week. Its is now Thursday Dec 11th. In the beginning I was told by autotire that they could get an engine there on Nov 21.

I was told on Dec 9 that the work will be STARTED on Dec 10, then why is my vehicle sitting outside outside when I drove by today (Dec 11) The after market warranty people have been awesome! Autotire seems to be dragging their feet with me so I filed a BBB complaint and contacted autotires headquarters. I have also used facebook and twitter. YELP is next.

And I will post a review directly on their page AFTER I get my fixed vehicle tomorrow. After Ive had several people call up there asking about my car they finally said they will have it done tomorrow Dec 12. Im tired of being screwed over because Im a woman. I will NEVER go to autotire for anything again.

My after market warranty approved 14 days for the rental (which I hate) so who's paying for this week??? AUTOTIRE will.
