My husband and I have had a terrific association with auto slash for about 6 years. I recently reserved a car with autoslash.
The auto rental agency was Dollar.
When I arrived at the auto rental in the airport I was wave over by an agent. I gave him my confirmation #. with Dollar. He asked for my credit card.
This is all the usual process. I asked why Budget agents were helping at Dollar. he said ," we are all connected, one and the same" he asked for my confirmation # then He told me to sign and where to pick up the car.
My complaint is Yes, I used a car by Budget so they should get paid.
However I feel scammed because I was very clear that I had a car rental with Dollar. I am upset as well because auto slash wont refund the money I paid for a car I never drove.
