Serviced a good car and returned a *** car

GMSA Ref nr 1-41675****

Barking dogs don't bite

This is what was said to me as I was questioning nico at autorama GM dealership in Ladybrand as to what the problem was with the overheating of my vehicle as the thermostat is in perfectly good working order, well I want to make sure all parties understand this very well

1) I AM NOT A DOG

2) I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER

3) I AM NOT BARKING, MERELY QUESTIONING THE INTEGRITY OF THE SPECIFIC DEALERSHIP

I was told that my vehicle wasn't the only KB with this problem this week but in fact there's three others with same problem.

Very odd that something like that will happen in the same town, I questioned Nico "so what you are saying to me is that a new Isuzu KB's lifespan is only 150000- ****00Km " to which he just shrug his shoulders,

What is this true new car with a lifespan of 200000Km if that's the case this fact should be made public. Then Nico went on to say that I could be the radiator that was dirty and that I drive to much in the veld, what I have never driven in the veld I am not a farmer!! And don't I need to check things in the veld.

On the other hand if the radiator was dirty obviously this must have been check at a service (sometime in the whole history of my services) which like everything else …Ag just tick it on the list and pretend that we checked it, like my A/C was checked literally, with a pen.

The other main concern I have noticed and to my shock is my odometer reading the day it went for the service my odometer read 180648 KM, received it back at 17h05 Friday afternoon. Went home (17km) did not drive the bakkie until Monday when I fetched my workers in town there and back (17x2=34Km) and no further driving that day, Tuesday the same (34Km) Wednesday drove my wife's car as we had VISI magazine here for a photo shoot and late afternoon drove 2Km to my parents, Thursday I did (34Km) plus went to Bloemfontein did exactly 200Km when I broke down. So in total since THE SERVICE I did 321KM, When I received my car back from the major replacement of everything my odometer read 181692 now I ask you they did say that they where test-driving the bakkie but 723KM, there is something wrong here!!!!, was my car used the firstime round to pull another and damaged?

Now that everything is supposedly fixed..this is what I need to do

1) Drive so that the refs don't exceed 2500 rpm, ok

2) Make sure there's water and oil in the car, OK

3) After 5000km come for a oil change

4) Do not idle

Nr 1, 2500rpm = to +-100km per hour so I can't do any deliveries as most roads is 120km/h

Nr 2, oil and water check

Nr 3, oil change after 5000km 1month or what

Nr 4 , don't idle cant do deliveries as in a traffic jam I will have to idle if I do try and idle for a few seconds at a traffic light and try to drive huge clouds of smoke bulges out and it sounds like the engine wants to fall out???, so now I have to switch the car off every time I think I might have to idle THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS after my car was fine and had no problems whatsoever this is what I have to go though I am losing so much money as all deliveries has to be sourced out +-R20000.00 and counting

The amount of stress it causes every time I drive!!!! ITS unacceptable!!!!

the pic-up is still not fixed and i am tired i know like all complaints to gm this will fall on deaf ears so i don't expect anything from GM as i know from past experiences YOU DON"T CARE!!!

I am so sick and of paying for work that does not get done or get half done.

I must say with the quality of service you are giving GM "˜s losses will only grow

I am at a loss, and now just want to rid myself of any GM product the worst customer service ever these people destroyed any trust i had in GM

I would like to say a lot of things ...but

many thanks
