AutoNation sent me an email on Jan7, 2022, saying that someone would contact me to resolve the problem.. I replied and attached videos of the problem.
It is now February 4 and I have not heard from them.
I am not surprised. These people are bad news.

Used vehicle had engine issues while under 90 day warranty. AutoNation Wickliffe, Ohio service department is a joke. My salesman as well. They kept my car for 2 weeks, did not address or fix the problem, then denied there was a problem, despite multiple audio/visual evidence on my cell phone. Vehicle is a Honda, they said they would take it to a Honda dealer if necessary and then refused to do that. Now the warranty has expired, the vehicle has the same issue, and they've washed their hands of me. It's a much longer story than this... I would not do business with them again. One of the 8 videos is attached. User's recommendation: I would be very hesitant and careful.
