Cancellation of service agreement

I purchased a used vehicle and an extended service contract for 4 years. After 3 years, I cancelled the contract ( at the dealership ), and requested a refund prior to the 4th year.

I even went as far as to send a letter to the corporate office but never heard back. What is my recourse at this point in time ?

User's recommendation: Good luck trying to cancel a contract which is able to be cancelled at “ any time “.

Cancellation of service policy

I purchased a vehicle in 2017 and a 4 year extended service policy. After 3 years, I cancelled the policy.

I sent in the required paper work from the dealership but they didnt respond. I even sent autonation a letter to their corporate office to no avail. This policy is now into its 4th year and my refund should be around $600 dollars. Please inform me as to my recourse regarding this situation.

Too many broken promises

From January of this year to now I have had the most difficult time getting anywhere with a cancellation of my extended warranty. I've made numerous calls and SO MANY PROMISES of getting back to me and people that seem great and insist that they will take care of it - don't worry.

On ALL occasions from the dealership, customer service, and online chat of promised call backs and we will escalated your case, I never got a call back.

I am so disappointed and don't know where else to go to get resolve. I tried contacting them via email and received an automated response a week a go but still no one has contacted me.

User's recommendation: Don't sit back and wait for your refund! Call and follow up. I trusted them and it got me no where!
