5 hours for an oil change with appointment... My brand new rav4 has been there 3 times to get alignment. The right rear wheel looks crooked and the steering wheel goes straight off the road ,
HORRIBLE SERVICE. RUN FAST. !!! Had my brand new car in 3 times to get fixed. Alignment is way off. My wife's 2023 is same and was my old 2022 rav4. The steering is off and right rear wheel is visibly crooked .. THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. DELROY SADLER AND JOHN COLON WONT FIX MY BRAND NEW CAR... THEY SAY THERE IS A PROBLEM ,,,3 TIMES IT HAD BEEN THERE . EACH TIME WAS 4 TO 6 HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT...

To whom it may concern: We purchased a vehicle September 12, 2020 at Auto nation Toyota of Fort Myers 255 colonial Blvd. We were approached by Mr. Diego A. Salvatieera he asked if we needed help we said yes but we were just looking at the time he respectfully gave us some space for us to look at the vehicle. He asked if we needed to keys to the 2017 Toyota 4 runner we replied yes we looked in and out of the vehicle we noticed right away that the vehicle was filthy and full of pet hairs we asked if the car had been cleaned he stated yes that the car had been through a 150 point inspection. We then noticed that the 2 front tires were bad and they needed to be replaced but then it was stated by CFS manager Dante Baker that they passed the auto nation inspection and that they would not replace them he also stated to us that the reason the vehicle was dirty was because customers bring their pets into the vehicles. I stated to him that, that does discourage other customers from buying a $38,000 vehicle if it was cleaned they did a horrible job. We took it for a test drive through the city and also through interstate we noticed the car was not allied was pulling to the right and the steering wheel was also shaking if the 150 point inspection was done, again they did a horrible job. We decided to purchase the vehicle with the promise that they would fix the alignment and would clean the vehicle but Dante did not want to replace the tires. Sadly the vehicle came back worse they spayed the carpet with black paint and got black paint on bumper and also there were pet hairs still all over the vehicle. I had to leave a message for General manger Michael Saenz, Jeff returned my call and I explained to him what was going on he said that he would take care of it. Jeff did replace the bad tires with new ones and per our receipt the SUV went through an alignment. Again the vehicle is still pulling to the right and the vehicle was still dirty didn't bother to remove any of the pet hair and just did another wipe down. We had to take to a professional to have done right. All we ever wanted was to have a good buying experience and it became a nightmare to the point where we were just going to return the vehicle and not deal with Auto nation Toyota of Fort Myers. Diego went above and beyond for us he gave us the best customer services hands down only because of him we decided to keep our 4 runner he is example for great management. This needs to be seriously addressed someone can be injured if this kind of unprofessional inspection continues.
