AutoNation used truck can easily kill me and others! Been parked for 5 of the months I’ve owned it!
- Truck suspension is poor and not roadworthy per a certified mechanic.
- AutoNation called; no resolution; repairs exceed $15,000.
Theres a reason the used truck I purchased from AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale in May 2025 has been sitting in the parking lot of my apartment complex since June3 weeks after I purchased it.
The suspension is in such poor condition, a certified mechanic informed me it could fail at any moment and isnt roadworthy.
If I were driving this truck at highway speeds when the suspension fails it could easily kill me, the occupants and others nearby.
AutoNations response: a brief phone call where they pretended to care, requested a copy of the inspection report (which I sent) and no response since. Several advocacy groups have attempted to facilitate a resolution, all ignored.
Total repairs required for the suspension and everything else is over $15,000!

I suppose Worry-Free means youll have no worries after our used vehicle kills you so its not false advertising!

No Disclosures, No Help — Just $16K in Repairs on a ‘Worry-Free’ Truck

I purchased a so-called Worry-Free 2014 Ford F-150 from AutoNation Subaru of Scottsdale on May 23, 2025. Less than a month later, certified shops diagnosed catastrophic failures: suspension, turbochargers, coolant system, and overdue high-mileage service totaling over $15,000 in needed repairs.
Heres the kicker: these problems had already been identified in a prior inspection before AutoNation performed their rigorous inspection and sold the truck.
They didnt disclose a thing.
I contacted them on June 16 with full documentation and a reasonable request to resolve it privately. They acknowledged the report and then ghosted me. No help. No follow-up.
No accountability.
Now, every drive is a game of truck roulette waiting to see what fails next and hoping it doesnt kill me or someone else.
But hey, at least AutoNation made the sale.

Let me Just Say I Have 2015 Wrx and I've been to all three Subaru Dealerships in Arizona.Mostly to one I bought it from at Autonation in Scottsdale.Then i brought it to Super Chandler Subaru and Peoria. They all Have Caused new things that Damaged to My Car.I Really Feel the Service People are Making costly mistakes towards Customers!
I've been to Three Dealerships in Arizona and From my car being in the Body shop the first week after i bought it at Autonation in Scottsdale cause it had damage on the front bumper cause i had to bring it the morning after i bought it to have it detailed cause the night before it was late and they didnt wash my new car that night lol Really ..And i think they hit something that day ..So they had it in the body shop for a week ..So i get it back and there was over spray on my paint and side view mirrors and just a mess..And they made new marks in my paint trying to fix the problem on one of my doors...Then my Drivers side mirror has been fixed 5 times and to this day it shakes and they keep having Excuses why they cant fix it and yet to this Day my passengers side view mirror doesn't even Shake at all.! I also had a leak by my front Diff and I had Peoria fix it and now I have a transmission code being thrown code P2757 They Had my Car for a week and fixed the Leak ..And now my car is throwing this code ..Btw My car has never thrown one code since now have fixed a leak !!!!!!! Two days ago i went back there and stood at the Dealership from 940 am til 330 and its still throwing that code .I've lost money from not being able to drive for work.!Worst Christmas Ever 31,000 for a car that is the biggest headache ..I think dealerships cost people way to much Hurt.. I AM the Most PISSED OFF CUSTOMER THESE DAYS Towards Subaru.........................................................I Feel I AM the Lord Of All Lands no matter What anyone thinks of this Comment..People Have no Idea what i have Witnessed and Storms Of Wrath are Coming out of Me ...I try The Hardest to Win in this Life Of Losing and People Have Stolen From Me in this Life way To long !.....
