Complaint about service phones

I have tried and tried and tried to get through to Subaru Hunt Valley to schedule a service appointment. From the phone menu I chose 1 and then 2 to talk to a service customer representative. I tried four times to get someone to answer the phone.When I did get a representative on line they hung up.Don't call this dealership aarepresentative representative on the line, thehung up0.

Defamation Lawsuit

I previously worked at your Hunt Valley Mercedes location. I was terminated from my job after having a meeting with the service manager Eric Holson, Erics behavior has previously been crossing the line and the meeting set it over. His demeaning and condescending behavior is visible on all parts of the dealership. From his prejudice against POC and for his two buddies he hired to his, lack of respect to anyone else besides him self. After bringing my concerns to the head manager, I came back from PTO to receive a termination letter. Not at the meeting we had, not before I showed up for my shift, only after I met with his superior. On the termination letter he stated misinformation and I asked him to correct it before filing away and put defamation on my name. He replied with a all too common egotistic answer and gave me the email to HR to send my concerns. After emailing the email he sent me I get a response back from Eric himself. He sent me his own email as an attempt to cover up his tracks. Im currently in the middle of filling a defamation and civil suit against eric and this establishment. All I asked was for the information to be corrected and gave him a week to fix his mistakes. This is unacceptable and this individual should be held accountable. I plan on going to the fullest extent to shine a light at the behavior conducted in this establishment.

Deplorable customer service

After my car was rescued from a theft I took my one month old car to the dealership for about $1000 in simple repairs. They kept the car for two months to do a week's worth of repairs even after the insurance company paid them. They kept screwing up the paperwork and further damages the car. After a month I left them a 1 star review on Google. Then I had the Service manager call me and *** and yell at me for leaving a negative review. They hadn't even started the repairs. The Collision manager threatened not to give me my car back after it was finished because my mother gave her a hard time for their gross negligence. She yelled at me and my mother. I told her I would report the car stolen if it was not given back to me despite they were paid. Even my insurance company was going to file fraud charges due to their mishandling. It's one thing to mess up but it's another to intimidate customers. Their sales people are excellent but service and collision departments are borderline criminal. Buy your cars there but never return again. The sales people really care and give good advice and deals but the company sucks.
