Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

RE: DEAL # 19109 STORE # 167 STK # NH385009 VIN # NH385009 On 08-21-2021, I purchased a new Santa Fe from this facility. During the process I requested a dash topper which they had to order. It came in, I took it home, and it did not fit this vehicle. I returned it to their parts department and was told a check for the refund would be mailed out. This has yet to happen. They have since stopped communication with me through email. On the purchase contract it is listed under "options" accessories/products/services" as MISC EQUIPMENT with the charge of $79.95. What I want is this back plus the tax they charged. They are not cooperating. The parts department did not give me written documentation when I returned the product.

User's recommendation: Do not request anything additional during the purchase process or just stay away from them.

Ripped off

Don't fall for Hyundai's claim that they have the best warranty for their vehicles. They pick and choose what they want for covered repairs. I had an issue with the engine (best powertrain warranty in the business) which they refused to fix so I ended up getting rid of the vehicle.
