Rude & Disrespectful Manager
They messed up something in my car and then they expected me to pay for the part they damage. The service manager sucks (Benji Taylor) at Autonation Honda Miami Lakes Fl.
After I explained to him the issue and he knew I was right he then told me he wants me to buy one part and he will buy the other one.
No I didn't mess up the parts your mechanics did.
Then he told me this is he's Autonation Honda and for me to take my car and get out. Very disrespectful for a Manager to say to a paid customer.
