Extended warranty cancellation
Waiting for refund of $4,406 to be sent to my finance company. After waiting 3 months, when I was told the finance company would receive the refund in 2 months, When contacted the Ford Dealership, I was insured they would have it in 10 days as they had put a rush on it. Now after 5 months still waiting for payment to finance company. I want to let future customers, if you buy warranty from Autonation you cant cancel to get your money back from them. They are crooked!!

STAY AWAY from the SERVICE DEPARTMENT at all cost!! Drive three miles down the road to save yourself all the grief and frustration! I am a very friendly and respectful person in general, but i have never had such terrible, rude, arrogant service advisors in my life. I purchased a 57K (retail, not the price i paid) vehicle from them in June of 2017. So common logic is that they would "try" to be nice/ friendly to their core patrons. But guess what, F&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;#! NO! I have had my vehicle serviced four times in 3.5 years and every time it is like going to the DENTIST for root canals and extractions! Other than the greeters, the entire Service Department has no concept of customer service or plain friendly, courteous interactions. For example, a few days ago I made an online appointment with them to give them one more shot of providing a pleasant service visit-- I was DEAD wrong again! I got up at 6am to drop the vehicle off at my 7am appointment. I got their a little before 7 and was greeted by a friendly welcome greeter. Next the service advisor approached me. Unfortunately , I did not get his name, but he was caucasian, middle 40's, 5-10 to 6feet. So he did not greet me, he just looked and me in condescending manner like, " Why are you here?" So again, I am very respectful to anyone and everyone, so I don't understand why he would be so rude to customers. So i went thru my list of three items, and it was like I was bothering them!! He replied, "well my technicians probably will not get to it until Monday." I replied to him i am dropping this car off on Saturday and not get it back on Monday. He was happy he did not have to deal with me! So no, I am sorry or sorry for inconvenience of dropping your car off. AGAIN, he did not apologize or even pretend to care. This was the last straw! So i am doing my best to hit Yelp, Google, Yahoo to SPREAD THE WORD ON THE TRUTCH ABOUT this joke of service deparment and save consumers the grief and frustration with this rude and incompetent service department. SAVE you grief, STAY away!
