Mr. Sawyer,

Again, thanks for taking my phone call today.

In an effort to best resolve my dissatisfaction with your below email and to hopefully keep this within the boundaries of Bradenton Ford dealership, I'm sure you wouldn't mind providing me with the phone and email contact information of the owner(s) to forward your email with specific reference to my purchase.

With your 26 years in the car business, I'm guessing you are not likely to duplicate this email wording again, "We sell the in-stock units at MSRP". The Dealer Service fee of $899 is over and above the MSRP. You failed to mention the Dealer Service Fee in your email. Do you think that might have been significant?

However, the deal was structured the Dealer Service Fee is contrary to your words and the basis of my argument.

I'm hoping we can resolve this without embarrassing you or the dealership any further.

We sell the in stock units at MSRP. I have 4 available right now that will most likely be gone this weekend.

When can you be here?
