Breaking policy rules
Im highly upset that Autonation Dodge Ram Arapahoe allows multiple rules to be broken. Shweta a sales person is dating one of the managers Tyler. Has been for awhile now they live together and bring their problems to the workforce and she gets deals throwing to her and also switched to her name even when proof is shown that someone else has been in contact with that person. The managers Kevin,Lane, James all allow it to happen and keep it between them even though we all see whats going on. I was told that their arent supposed to be any type of family or spouse relationships going on within the workforce as a policy due to these exact reasons. But as I stated it is now getting out of control and very irritating. It is hard to work in a work force like this and needs to be separated for a healthier environment. The general manager Dave knows this and has had it brought to his attention as the GM and even when he was the GSM and still has done nothing about the problem and has had it as a hush hush situation. As a hard worker I am asking for fair play and for rules to be followed and that is the biggest rule broken there as of right now.
