Dishonest Business Practices
- The online price was incorrect and a title issue forced a return.
- The 2-year-old car with 40,000 miles had suspension and transmission issues.
First experience was they posted the wrong price on the website. I purchased the vehicle for a decent price and then had to return it because they couldn't get a title.
I was told I could get any car on the lot a cost. I asked about getting a car at another Auto Nation and was told yes by the salesperson and then NO by the Sales Manager. I was sold a 2-year old, high end vehicle with 40,000 miles. I soon discovered the suspension was shot, there was 6" of mud underneath the car.
The shocks and struts were replaced but it still drives like a dump truck. After 7 months I tried to pull my boat, which the vehicle was rated for, and the transmission overheated immediately and the vehicle kept shutting off. The transmission module was replaced under warranty, but I had to pay $380 for a transmission flush. I got home and received a coupon in the mail for 25% off any service and labor.
I called to request they apply that coupon to my service. I was told but the "Service Manager" it would be applied and then got a call by another employee that I would have had to provide the coupon at the time of service so the discount would not be honored. I was promised by first oil change with my extended warranty. When I tried to schedule the oil change, I was told I didn't have one on file.
Everything about this dealership is based on lies. The vehicle I purchased is not a safe vehicle to drive and no one at this dealership is willing to help me.
