Service Visit
First off, i didn't even make it to the service bay. I had made an appt 2+ weeks earlier for a SW Update that Chevy emailed me.
it was to be up to an hour. i was told that yes, one hour to complete and i could wait for it. when i arrived, the rude service writer said no way you can wait for it, and he did not know of any update. i handed him the Doc for the update, and he shrugged his shoulders and did not want to listen to me at all.
i drove 35 miles for this appt, and was given a who cares attitude. needless to say i left
