My review is based on the Sales and Finance Departments. The Service department get a 100% satisfaction rating!!!

Finance Manager was rude, unprofessional and did not review the documents as required under the Truth and Lending Laws. I was advised that my auto was being financed by a financial institution that I approved of; then three days later I'm informed that my auto was financed with a financial company that I disapprove of. We were told one thing the evening we purchased the auto and the next day when we were to pick up the car and sign the papers we didn't get the same response or information. The sales department would not accept my auto buying program, a benefit I have from work. I also had points from my Chevrolet rewards program that they wouldn't accept but come to find out they did take my points. They told me that they discounted the price of the auto the total of my points.Stay awa

Resolved: Dealership will not talk to me on a warranty issue that I spent $2500 on.

AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead - Dealership will not talk to me on a warranty issue that I spent $2500 on.
Updated by user Mar 07, 2021

Dealership finally told me that I had to put in a claim. However the "Clearcoat" company said "They don't cover scratches".

Great, $1,500 worth off useless coverage. I still hold the Autonation responsible for pushing to sell a 'service/product' that has a worthless coverage..

It has been now almost 6 weeks of trying to get someone to contact me, call me, ANYTHING to take care of the issue with replacing my Clearplate warranty. I have made over 8 calls, went to the dealership, waited 1.5 hours to talk to 'Finance' to come talk to me...nothing. I even had the General Manager shut the door in my face without saying one word to me. I am seriously considering filing a small claims lawsuit to get it repaired or my money back. Right now I would tell EVERYONE to stay away from Autonation. Not just the Arrowhead Chevy dealership, but ALL of them. If you guys are OK with this dealership treating customers like this, then why would I think you don't allow ALL of them to treat people like crap?
