Horrible customer service

The company didn't send my product but charged my credit card immediately. When they finally called back, I said I had canceled the order and my credit card company refunded me.

15 minutes after I spoke with someone from Automotive Touch-Up, I received a UPS email saying my order had shipped. They completely ignored that I was canceling the order.

1.Rain wasn't in the forecast. It rained all over my vehicle.

Quickly dried,put it under shelter.The car.dried a color.completely different from the rest of the body.I didn't prime,but I did sand.

Still from Royal Blue to Matte Sky Blue.How is that possible?

NoThis should have been (to eveyone),professionally done.If you can find an experienced body person ,who is knowledgeable and can assist,your lucky.

I practically bathed it in wax, and a high pil wax.The color is close... but never again.

My car was vandalized etc...

I ordered touch up paint and yes it took a while to receive it. Just be patient.

When I opened the box what a great bit of kit everything you need. I got it in bottles with brushes. Here's what I got paint,clear coat,primer,prep solvent and several different grits sandpaper. Now my car is 15 years old do I expect this paint to match mine perfectly absolutely not.

Because it will be the color my paint was before 15 years of weathering. I got it because I have a few chips with bare metal showing I got it to stop rust.

Great product great packaging and reasonable price. Thank you

I am experiencing exactly the same thing. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and have now received 3 messages saying my order is delayed.

I am cancelling my order and demanding my money back. This is no way to do business - and obviously they aren't.

Tried the paint pen/clear coat pen set on small dings in the plastic frontal area of my Mazda CX-5. The paint refused to settle in the small dings and I was forever wiping away globby paint around the periphery if each hole.

These bandits don't refund so I'm stuck.

Over 25 buck down the toilet. Stay away!

Over a month and still no product

Waited 14 days for my paint that was supposed to ship 2-3 day delivery. Never returned my calls or answered my emails. As soon as I filed a dispute with Paypal they shipped.

Automotivetouchup, after super long delivery time I received damaged stuff.

They might carry an amazing product....I would not know because I never got to painting my car YET even though I placed order 10 days ago. Shipping time with Sure post was horrendously long, 8 days (from Louisiana to California) and some stuff I ordered arrived damaged.

I do not remember anything saying it will take that long when I paid $7 for shipping. And as it turned out paint comes in a GLASS bottles not plastic. I ordered 4 bottles and one arrived cracked open, whole side came off and content leaked out in a plastic package where was another bottle and other stuff. Delivered box was not damaged so apparently packaging was not adequate.

Instead of painting car I spent an hour getting undamaged stuff out of sticky mess, and cleaning everything up. I planned to touch up car and sell it asap. Time is money for me.

What can I do now without High Gloss Clearcoat that leaked all over? Right, go spend more time and money trying to replace what I ordered....FRUSTRATING!

Automotivetouchup.com Not a good Company

Automotivetouchup.com a Microfinish LLC company advertised a guaranteed paint match on their website for the paint they sell. When I received the paint and test on the test card included it looks like a match to the car's paint but after I completed the paint work on the part after base and clear coat I found out significant mismatch with the factory paint. I called the customer service and I was instructed to send the paint card and I also email pictures. I was told I have to go thru the process of matching the paint, which take a while. I invested time and labor on painting the part and found out later its not a "matching" color despite of the Guarantee paint match. The factory color code is available and yet the paint was not a match.

Its almost three weeks and still have not received the replacement paint the process of how they handle the problem in slow and not efficient. Supposedly they should try to resolve the problem in timely manner

I tried to be patient, but until now preblem has not been resolved.

I suggest to try different companies or local paint shop first.

I orderd some paint and it's been 10 days sinse then. I sent them 3 emails and been calling and left voice mail.

I have yet to hear back from them. Idk about there paint matching yet but do know they have *** customer service
