BAD service experience.

The Service/repair department of AAP disappointing. And here is why: 1. Charges are just as expensive as the authorized service centers of major brands of cars. 2. Repair/part replacement quality rendered now substandard. And at times a back job is needed. 3. The improper dismounting/mounting of a puncture tire resulted in a gash damage to the tire sidewall near the bead. The bad handling by AAP mechanic made me discard the unsafe tire. 4. Dishonesty.

User's recommendation: Search for cheaper and reliable auto service shops on the internet.

Check service charges of others first

5 liters oil change and oil filter charges (all supplied by AAP) quoted for my car was more than double compared to a nearby service station of Shell.
