Rude Representatives and Harassment
I did a trade-in and this company took the loan on my vehicle, and I've had nothing but problems with them ever since. They send harassing phone-calls to my job if I am a day late and to every reference placed on the application that was submitted when I initially bought the vehicle, I called them several times and told them I wanted to switch my due date on the loan because of my pay cycle but they refuse to do it. They charged me for insurance when I already have insurance and have harassed me and the insurance company over address adjustments. On top of that the representatives are very rude on the phone and that's disturbing because I am a customer never over my month with payments. I don't feel comfortable talking to them and the manager doesn't care about the customers only the money they receive. I have been tempted to sue them for harassment and several of the references agreed that they would too because it's unnecessary to go through this. Save the drama for the customers that are skipping out on you. There customer service truly SUCKS! They need to stop the bullying tactic it really doesn't work and it's not intimidating they're still a business and will need better customer service tactics, when this vehicle is paid for I will never work with them again. Believe that!
