THIEFS CROOKS ROBBERS
- - Vehicle repossessed; a Dewalt 192-piece tool set was stolen.
- - In Henderson, items were missing, including a $150 car part; they refused responsibility.
They repossessed my vehicle and stole my Dewalt 192 piece tool set out of it, leaving all the rest of my stuff. They just stole that and refused to take responsibility for it!
I will never deal with them again. I spoke to the towing company.
They did not have access to the vehicle, nor did Automax of Wilson, but when it got to Henderson, my stuff went missing, as well as the $150 car part I personally bought to try and fix the car. I will never deal with these crooks again.

Preferred solution: I want either my money for a new 192 piece tool set from Dewalt or I want my tool set back. I’ve got two pieces out of it.

Never buy a car from any of these dealers!! My husband bought a truck from Henderson and they ended up HAVING to buy it back because it had transmission issues they refused to fix.
I bought a car from the youngsville dealership and they again HAD to buy it back! After 4 times of them having it in the shop they refused to honor their warranty.

My husband purchase a 2009 HHR work van from Automax of Henderson and took in for service a month after purchasing it and they charge him for the maintenance on the car. He got into a car wreck the car was 12,000, but the blue book value was 2000

Would never go back!!! Those cars are literally TWICE as more expensive than what they're supposed to be!
Majority of those cars(at the youngsville, NC location) are not worth more than 8000 on the market! But have their cars priced around 13000 or more!
The sales person isn't professional at all!!! We drove out of there without even saying good bye!
