This place is a NIGHTMARE

I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey

With the understanding that the issues I'd pointed out would be fixed

(Burning oil, alignment, motor mount)

I remember it well it was my sons 9th birthday and he's autistic

He was so excited (he called it the mystery machine)

The salesman swore all issues would be resolved or my money back!

(Big laugh there) the mechanic had it in the back for 20mins.

And then said it was ready? No way!

All that work would Have to take hours!

I drove it around the block and as I suspended

NOT FIXED!

The mechanic took it for a drive,came in the back door and pulled the lady I'd been dealing with aside

Told her something and then came back to me to feel me he was gonna need till tomorrow to fix it so I told the lady I'd just take my money back!

She talked to the mechanic and said(he's gonna fix it now like we promised but its gonna take a bit, go get lunch and it'll be done when I get back

Well 2 hours later it wasn't finished ad getting late outside

I said I'd come back in the morning the salesman again assured me it would be repaired or my money back guaranteed!

And as I feared next day only the motor mount was replaced

So when I asked for my money back this NEW lady tell's me

No REFUNDS AS IS I looked at the salesman and said That's not wat he told me!

I left (without the car,) and went directly to my bank to stop payment

It took my bank 2 months to deny my fraud claim and

Now the vans still at there lot (or so they say) I'm out $3000.00

And every time I'm told the manager will call me they don't!

These people will stupe so low as to swindle a needy family with an autistic child! Be warned!!
