No support provided for a new car bought from them
This place does not even deserve a 1 star. I had got a 2015 model Nissan Pulsar from them back in June 2018.
They personally recommended that vehicle since it was in a great condition according to them. 10 months later this vehicle stalled and had a transmission failure, The cost to fix it is quoted around 6000 AUD for complete transmission rebuild and my 11000 AUD has gone down the drain. When I called them they straight away refused to provide any assistance.
These people have stooped so low I would not have imagined. Next time if you buy from them please consider the worst case scenario they wont help you.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
