Resolved: We lost our license in a move and they want us to pay $1200 for a new one

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. We finally found the original license, and then a few weeks later offered us an upgrade to our existing license..

Automated packaging decided to send us a free license, but only after we eventually found our current license when we unpacked the last of our boxes from the move. We have not received the new license, but it is an upgrade and should offer us more functionality.

We bought the machine new and have used it for years. Upon our recent move somehow the key got lost. Now we have a 25k piece of equipment that is useless and they want us to pay for the license key again. We already bought it.

User's recommendation: buyer beware, they will not make ownership easy.
