Very Poor service from FedEx, Bangalore

i had a commercial shipment which need to sent to our counterpart company in germany. for the same i had booked the fedex since they have their inbound account number with fedex. it was booked on 12th july 2010 at 2'35pm and i have been adviced with a pick up details for next day and the reference nu was 1 for 13 july 2010. till evening 10.00 pm the shipment was not picked. i was in continuous follow up with their cust care team and more than 15 times i have called by stating same incidents. they were misleading me with lot of falls information that it will be picked in each half an hour. but till now it has not picked. more over they provided me with fedex bangalore office number which was not picking by anyone. this has lead to me mental tension, loss of time in wasting telephone calls for unwanted followup, and finally the worst the default of my customer delivery. this is a very very poor service from fedex.
