Took my car to get fixed they took my money and did not fix the car. Wont return my calls to tell me when I can pick up the car.

They spoke in a very disrespectful manner and unprofessional.

Discriminated against someone because of limited English. Stay away!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this company on January 29, 2022. It was a 2009 Honda Civic LX.

I took the vehicle back twice in the month of February. I had to call my insurance company because for some reason my brakes had got stuck. I called roadside assistance and towed the vehicle back and also gave the keys back on February 12th. These people are liars and will scam you into getting a vehicle that is not safe driving on the road.

Then when you put the money in their hand they dont care and will give you a hard time. I had removed the vehicle off of my insurance on February 15th and they issued a lien on the vehicle without my knowledge. They issued a title in my name on March 1st and the expiration date was March 8th. Then they changed the registration expiration date from my birthday 10/2/2022 to 4/10/2022.

But I will be going to the DMV on Tuesday, March 15 to see what can be done and I will also be taking legal action. Please do not purchase a vehicle from this company.

I purchased a Dodge Durango from this dealership. I drove the car a day and half check engine light comes on.

I took it back to the dealership and got the run around l for. it had a bad thermostat and sensor. They wanted me to pay $514 out of pocket. They gave me the run around, finally they said they could do it for $340 .

The part only cost around $35 so pissed off dont do business with this dealership. All smiles and hand shakes until the money is exchanged then its *** you.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! They are Liars and deceivers!

I bought a vehicle and the brakes were not working. They said they would fix it but clearly don't know *** about cars! After a week of *** around I got tired of their stupidity and took it to MY guy and PAID for it MYSELF and he fixed the breaks in 20 minutes!! Now the transmission went out!!

I asked them to pay for $800 of the cost and they have NOT done so. They told me they could fix it CHEAP---lol--- yeah right I'm sure you could and in another 6 months it would be broke again because that's all you do is half-*** stuff!!! I wouldn't trust you or your *** mechanics to fix anything!! Dale's A-1 transmission is fixing it the RIGHT way!

Of course their reply doesn't mention the fact that it was under warranty when they had the car and they would not had to pay for any repairs but they chose NOT to do them. I had the oil changed 1 month after getting the car and was told by the mechanic he noticed there was an axle problem (which also would of been covered under warranty!) but they DID NOT bother to fix that!!

They can make excuses and slander me all they want but the FACT still remains they LIE about a 120 point inspection just to make you think the vehicle is good when it isn't!! And it was NOT a budget car, I PAID $14,000 for it!!!

I cant believe after over 400 years and a black president their is still racism .I went to the dealerhip as a single mother with my two toddler sons to buy a vehicle after being forcused into another car I was gaving a non refundable receipt for my 1500 DOLLAR DEPOSIT even when i wasnt approved by the bank after they advertise a guarantee approval.I told them to change my receipt saying non refundable and i was rudly desrespected by the mother/girlfriend i dont know exactly AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD TO DEAL WITH MY CHILDREN RUNNING AROUND and she is going to call the police.Im like wow just because i asked for my desposit it seem like someone was trying to rob me but was angry i found out.What was really hurtful was the fact that they didnt treat any other of their Same race customers that way ,maybe they did dont know all i know for sure is NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING THERE THEY WILL ROB YOU IF THEY CAN
