This is definitely something to avoid! They tell you that you will be charged for $1 for a report and then set you up for recurring monthly payments of $18.95 to receive up to 19 reports/month.

Bait and switch
- - They promised a VIN report for $1.00.
- - They bill $18.95 monthly.
- - There were long holds (over 50 minutes) to reach a supervisor.
They tell you they will give you a VIN report for $1.00 then they charge you 18.95 and continue to do so every month. When calling to dispute, we were on hold for over 50 min waiting to talk with supervisor. We finally called on another phone this time on hold for another 20 min before a regular customer service rep actually helped us.
