SCAM!!
Ordered some decals in April and still no decals in September. I have emailed this company several times with no response from them ever.
I have tried calling their number for it to just ring and ring.
This is a scam company!! Do not waste your money and do not give them your card info!!

Never received product
We ordered products in July &;;;;;;; still in September have never received. We sent multiple emails and left voicemails with no returns from either.
This company just seems like a scam! I'm glad we paid using paypal or we'd just be out of money!

Arrogant Scammers
I say "arrogant" because of their condescending answer in the FAQ section. Just go read them.
I too placed an order and paid for some decals. The site says they will ship and send a tracking number in 5-7 business days. I waited the stated time and then e-mailed them just to ask when I should expect to get the tracking number. No answer!
So I e-mailed again a few days later. Still no tracking number and no answer. I then emailed them and told them to send me a tracking number or a refund. Again no tracking number, no refund, no answer and no contact at all.
I then told them I was dissatisfied and to cancel my order and send a refund. Again nothing. Luckily I had paid with PayPal so I contacted them. They contacted AutoGrafix Designs and they got no answer.
Finally PayPal gave them a deadline to answer and they sent the refund. I would not recommend doing business with these people.
I wish I had read your article first. I am currently going through the same exact purchase rederick you experienced.

Hopefully they will read my email and fill my order. I too use PayPal for these reasons.

Autografix designs is a scam!
I ordered a decal for my car and they gladly accepted payment but never sent me a confirmation number of my product. They only have a email address to get in touch of them.
No phone number or address. After trying many times to email and getting no reply I contacted the BBB. The company also goes under the name W X signs & graphics. The company never replied to the BBB.
I have never received the product I payed for.
The BBB has an F rating on the company under the name W X signs & graphics and most of the complaints are the same as mine. This company is a scam!

You probably won't receive an order either. I ordered decals on 1/2/21 and still haven't gotten a tracking number and can't get a hold of anyone at Autografix.
