I've put 15000 kms on my car since installing autoshack garbage struts. One of which had a problem from the beginning and had to be changed again..Both upper mounts are shot.
The sound when I turn the wheel makes me wonder when it's gonna let go.
I contacted autoshack and they said we don't sell strut mounts separately and have a nice day. Bad parts Bad service

Refund almost 2 months old not recieved
- - Customer service seemed closed during business hours.
- - Radiator bought 12-10-23 on eBay; FedEx lost it; no refund yet; car remains broken.
They still wont do anything and now, they are ignoring me after they finally told ne ebay is responsible for ny refynd but ebay said i purchased it longer that 90 days ago and they wont give it to me eithsr.... So i have been ROBBED!
Closed but i double checked and it was def during business hours the machine told me this. I have 2 months of emails saying they are working with their accountant dept about my refund.
The thing is i bought an raditior for my car from ebay ..fed ex lost it cash app declined helping me as well as ebay too.
And i just get *** emails with excuses. But my car is still broken i am on a fixed income so i need this $ to buy another radiaor to fix my car i originally bout this part on 12-10-23 and today is 2-4-2024 stlill no radiator still no refund and my car is still broken!!
