Auto Rescue Solutions - Took my money and didn't provide service

This is a scam. They took my payment instantly, then called and said they couldn't dispatch for my flat tire and a refund wouldn't be processed on their end and I would have to call me bank. Total scam.

Horrible communication

Locked myself out of my car. Geico dispatched this place because they had the shortest wait, because I was running late getting to my job.

Got the message they were 44 minutes away. An hour passes, nobody had shown up, then I get a call from their overseas call center, they would be at my location in an hour, so, that's an 1:44 minutes, why? Because the tech was "finishing up" a jump start 20 minutes away. I called geico to find another place, which they did, granted, I still have to wait, but not as long as auto rescue solutions was wanting me to wait..

unless you have time to waste? Don't bother calling these people!!

Low pay

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

They take 95 dollars a call and give the roadside tech 12 $ of that. No mileage reimbursement.

Nothing just 12 dollars. They claim veteran owned business like that will score them points. Dave Thomas was a veteran....

This company was the worse to work for. No

Bad service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Auto solutions service guy came to change my tire, but in the process broke a stud on the tire. He claimed his company would pay for it, but when I called to put in a cost of damage report, I was told someone would get back to me.

After waiting a month and getting no response, I called again, and they had no record of the complaint. They then told me I had to put in a complaint at damage@***.com in order for someone to expedite the matter.

When I tried to do this, I found there is no way to do this. I would never use them again.

Totally dissatisfied with incompetent technician.

Geico used this company to replace my flat tire. Carlos from Alexandria, VA was dispatched to my location.

In an attempt to remove tire, he broke off a lug nut so car had to be towed. I used a different company to have my car towed to the shop. After examining the damage, the mechanic said and I quote, This thing is a mess. We have to drill out the broken lug stud so we can get the tire off.

The technician is totally incompetent and requires serious extensive training. I will advise Geico NOT to use this company for future service.

Deficient Service. No answer from dispatch when tracking progress

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Geico sent me Auto Rescue Solutions, in W. Palm Beach FL for a change of a flat tire.

They gave me an ETA of 1 hour. I called to confirm if there was another client before me. The supervisor informed me there was one, but it was close by and there was no issue. So, the technician, Craig should have been on his way.

It was hot. I needed to be indoors, not outdoors. I made a second call to track progress at the dispatcher's office phone number. They gave me a caller #12 message.

When I finally made it, someone just hang up on me. The technician was almost ah hour late, he probably went and had lunch, comfortably. Well, that is really *** service. Emergency Road assistance, should be prompt and reliable.

Very disgusted. Hot weather, late an hour, outdoors. The guy said there is only one person running the show. This is the kind of people they hire.

Auto Rescue Solutions needs to have reliable, customer service efficient technicians. not lazy a...
