My customer ordered a radiator from this company and after installing it in the classic car we went to test the operation for leaks as usual. Well all hoses were tight and when we applied throttle we found a stream of anti freeze leaking out from the inner core of a 3 core radiator (not something you'd see when inspecting or installing it, as no other damage was apparent before installation nor after).
After numerous emails and claims they can not open simple jpeg files or can not see the leak in the video file sent to them via public photo hosting link.
They refused to warranty the radiator. I turned it over to my customer and his lawyer as I will waste no more time with this company.

For some reason when you try to call one of your stores it seems to go directly to a central calling station so the customer is not talking to one of the persons at my local store. This is annoying and inefficient,

The parts showed up much to late to use, close to 3 weeks. Also, the parts were not packaged properly as some of the boxes were open and the plastic packages holding smaller parts were also open with small parts scattered about.
This is the worst service I have ever gotten from Parts Geek.
Also, one of their customer service reps hung up on me so I would like him fired after you send me an RMA to return the parts. Rick
