I had an engine for one year. Took it to get checked for a knock and was told the engine was bad.
Sent it in under warranty and after they inspected it they denied my claim. Said it was running rich and that caused the damage. My mechanic did a full inspection and guaranteed me that running rich was not the problem. As I read the reviews I see that I'm not the first or only person to have this happen to them.
This is a scam company who doesn't give a damn about the customer. I cant believe that O'Reilly continues to do business with them.

To Whom It May Concern: On April 5, 2018 I purchased two Sylvania Silver star Headlights Model # H6054STBX in Granite Falls, NC. Store # 8747.
The drivers side light has already went out. I went to two of your stores in Gaston County to see if they could help me with getting another light. Both stores stated that it wasn't their responsibility. However, the stores did state that I needed to contact the manufacturing company.
I have been a loyal customer to your company over twenty years. All I wanted was a light that would last for a good while, not just (13) months. With that being said, I will continue shopping at Advance Auto. Therefore, I will not buy another aforementioned light at your store.

My name is Daniel McAvoy a few week ago i bought wheel bearings for my 2008 silverado and had them put on by a service station and all was good. they have been on for three weeks and my lights are back on for abs,trac control on the left side i think that there is a bad sensor that came on the wheel bearings.
I hope you would take care of this by sending a new sensor.
My son bought bearings for his truck to and is going to return them so he does not have the same problem. this has already cost me 286 plus the bearings.
