Empty promises when I bought vehicle

Update by user Nov 29, 2020

So I can't edit the text I just added, and I am stressed. When I am stressed, I can't think straight. I am paying a lot of $$$ for this vehicle.

This situation is awkward. They had replaced the 3rd brake light on my vehicle, and some of the lights in it are failing.

It should definitely be under warranty, but I cannot just call them (like I should be able to) to ask, "hey where did you buy that from?" They "ruined" the customer/dealer relationship with what they pulled, but I should be able to get my 3rd brake light fixed or replaced (again), it was not that long ago when I bought the vehicle, and they replaced the one that I noticed was not working (illegal to drive without it). They replaced it right away.

These folks sure sound convincing and sincere when they have you there to buy a vehicle. They will promise to fix things that were pointed out on the day of sale, and in my case they left two things not fixed. They come across as wanting to do the right thing, caring, and that they value word of mouth advertising, so they will make things right after things you tell them. They fixed a few things that were needed, then went back on their word after stringing a person along making excuse after excuse, until they just start ignoring you. There was a window sticker on the window with everything checked as inspected and in working condition. I will never buy a vehicle from this place: the one on Birch Street by the Brick House Pub, close to the Mega Holiday. I have come across other similar reviews, after the fact, where they claim, "you must be thinking of another dealership...it must the other place, not us. One person there even replied again after that rebuttal, with a pic of the back of his vehicle and the Auto King logo, after they tried that.

User's recommendation: Get it in writing. I was fooled by what appeared to be honesty and sincerityincerity.,
