Auto Image Poc.ID took my car as trade on their car. want car back but won't give my car back
- - Financing offered for a car using my van as a $1,500 down payment.
- - Car wasn't repaired after 3 weeks; they won't refund the van's down payment.
Auto Image in Pocatello,ID was going to help me get financed for a car on their lot so I used my van as a trade in for the downpayment. They gave me $1,500 for it.
The car I wanted had some problems so they agreed to have it all fixed. They had the car for 3 wks. When I got it back nothing had been done. I asked for the title & to call it a straight trade.
They weren't willing to do that nor were they wiling to give me the money for the van I traded. They want to take the car & keep the money from the sale of my van. They are taking everything & leaving me w/ nothing.

man you got screwed. get an atty and sue them for everything they have.
do you have your car back? if not hire a company to go and get it its legally yours.
