Auto House LLC - Spot Delivery Scam
If you have troubled credit, beware. Spot Delivery Scams are run here. We were victims of fraud and negligent misrepresentation. Intimidation and fear are used to manipulate unwary customers and they will use coercion for signatures under duress. They react to cover their butts as if they have something to hide when confronted. On rescission, our trade-in had radio dismantled and face plate missing. We advise you to document your transaction with photos and recordings. Get your own auto financing approved before you enter the lot and if approached by Elliot or Titan, run away! Yes, we had a very bad experience and we are only out a radio. We were lucky.

Return the face plate that belongs with the radio that was dismantled from the car or replace the radio with a radio of equal or greater value.

A spot delivery is made in hopes that the Finance Manager has correctly assumed that a bank will take your loan. If you are not honest on your credit application, a spot delivery will often fall through.
