I purchased floor mats for my Toyota Highlander with captain seats in the 2nd row and 3rd row seating. The floor mat is one piece for the 2nd and 3rd row with an attached piece running between the 2nd and 3rd rows, which is great.
It is very difficult to install because it's not flexible enough to fold to easy lay down and is cumbersome for one person to install. Also it doesn't seem to be doing that great of a job of keeping the carpets clean.

Company says they stand behind product but I am on my second replacement product and still issues. When contacting they only give 1 replacement lifetime.
Horrible customer service.
The floor mats warp and they tell you to turn it upside down to get the shape back. Definitely not worth the money

Washed mats five times today. Even used a sonic brush and dawn detergent. Then GUNK hand cleaner and sonic brush...nothing. They have only been in the vehicle about 4 or 5 months. They were really expensive and the shipping was ridiculous. This company is a never again!

I bought a set of "custom car mats" for my bmw x5, the material is cheap and inferior. The mats were sent with clips, but no instructions.
Its so ridiculous.

Disabled Veteran, ordered floor mats for my chevy Cruze online. Got them as promised went to install and didn't fit.
I called customer service, explained... they said you did t check limited when you ordered, its your fault. So I asked if they will send a return label. I was told that i have to pay for it myself.
I went to ship back... Got charged $54 to send back.. I originally got charge $18 to have them shipped to me thur weathertech. Im so angry, i called back to completely cancel my order because of the amount i ended up paying for all the shipping when the order only was $109.
The lady said she would have sent me a label and not charged me...WTF.. i didnt get her the first time..I WILL NEVER order anything from weathertech again!!

I had front mats in my Sonata. When I bought a newer model Sonata the driver`s side hooks no longer lined up.
The passenger side fit fine. I called and asked if I could buy a new driver`s side mat. Oh no, we couldn`t possibly do that. They come in pairs, blah, blah, blah.
Run around BS. What would I do with two passenger side mats? Are you telling me that the two front mats can`t be sold separately ? Talk about *** customer service and complete inflexibility.
By the way, I have also bought trunk liners. Do not give these people any business no matter how many BS ads they have on TV about how great they are. I have told everyone I know and I`m sure it has cost them some business, but I also know they could care less.
