I bought a 2012 Volkswagen Passat Sel. With 31,600 miles. First they advertise the car, with stuff that it didn't have with it. When advertising the car. They didn't say that in the picture was not the car that they were selling. The picture was a car they didn't have. I have a 90 day warranty. They don't want to honor. looked like the one they were selling. But it didn't come with accessories. Now, one of my head lights need to be replaced. He doesn't want to fix it. But its a 90 day warranty this is the second part on that car that needs to replace first part that needed to be replaced. Was two weeks ago. I was to pay $100. dollars, for any repair towards a repair under the 90 warranty. The dearler refused to pay everything . He said, he would only pay half. So I payed half $149.00. which I was only supposed to pay $100. He payed the other half. Now I contected The attorney general's office to file a complaint.
