Resolved: No response to defective carpet
Ordered set of carpets for 1969 Mach 1. There is a 2 inch difference in back inserts.
Contacted company & they referred me KY. Mustang,where I purchased the carpet. Sent pictures as requested. *** with KY Mustang took measurements from another set of carpets & they measured basically the same as mine.
If they are all defective, I would like to know what steps Auto Custom Carpets plans to do about this issue. This is a nut & bolt restoration & this flaw will definitely not work. The flaw is visually obvious.
