Unprofessional and rude
- They charged for a job they couldn't do and blamed it on me.
- The interior was grease-stained and the pulley was broken on pickup.
They charge me for a job that they couldnt do and blame it on me as if i were a mechanic. Also stained with grease the interior of my vehicle and came out of the shop with a broken pulley that was perfectly fine when dropped off the car.

Unskilled Repair Shop
- Auto Clinic on Rufe Snow Dr failed to fix the clutch.
- Quoted 248 to replace master/slave, later billed 448.
- Service prolonged and the issue remained.
We took our truck to Auto Clinic located on Rufe Snow Dr. We told them that we wanted to get them to look at the truck and see why the clutch was making grinding noises.
Right off the bad, I got a bad vibe, but I figured what could hurt. They called us and told us that our clutch was contaminated and to fix it they needed to replace the Clutch Master Cylinder and Slave Cylinder. The entire thing would be $248. We were thrilled because we thought it would have costed more than that, and we told them to make the repair.
They called us later that afternoon to tell us the truck was ready, but they weren't able to get the Slave Cylinder because they had to order it from the Nissan dealership. They said to take it back next Saturday. Ok, fine. We get there to pick up the truck and the total jumped from 248 to 448.
Apparently, the quote they gave us did not include the labor. We are not rich people and don't just have an extra 200 laying around.
We take it back the following Saturday like they told us to, and dropped it off at 9:00. They had it until 3:30. We call the shop to check on it, and apparently they hadn't even looked at it yet because the person in front of us had more problems.
They said they would try to get to it, and they would stay late (they close at 6:00) to finish it. They called an hour later and told us the truck was ready. We go to pick it up, and the grinding noise is still there! They didn't even fix the problem that we came in there for.
We called the shop to ask them if they even fixed the truck or not, and we were told to bring it back on Monday and they will look at it again. They said that they didn't know that there was a grinding noise, which is untrue, because we specifically told them that is why we were bringing it in. I would not get my vehicle repaired by this place. They don't really diagnose the problem, they just make a wild guess, charge you the money and you still have the problem.
Please go elsewhere.
