I can only bulletpoint my issues: *Bullying Phonecalls to try and force me to do extra promotions and make purchases I could ill afford. *Marketing the book at an overpriced rate, thus deterring people from purchasing it. *Expecting me to fly to the US (see first bulletpoint) when I was expecting to promote in the UK market. *No evidence of self biographical in any media outlet. *Required to obtain an ITIN number to satisfy their IRS tax return; (I am a UK Citizen - not a UK Corporate).
