In January I placed an order for 100 books of When All Hope Is Lost 841545 and and anorher order for 100 cooies if my second book Pray to the Dead 841546 and a marketing offer to incl both books in the remaining book fairs. Order nos 9093****,9093****,9093****

I was charged on the day for all the orders but asked for 841945 to be shipped after the cover was revised.

In reviewing my credit cards I realused I had been charged 2019 on one card and tw same amount in my other credir card. Jake Lawrence said it was nor possible to refund the overcharge because the order was over 90 days. There is no order for thst secimd amoumt but i finall accepted books in lieu of refund. Jake promised the boiks and an invoice but neither have apoeared.

I have contacted the ACCC and confirmed that this is now a legal matter. By Australian law businesses canbot take money for services or goids that tey di not supply in a reasinable timeframe.

You are now in vuolatiin of Australian law. Please advise asap on ow we can resolve without fuether legal action.

You do have a fraud mentality, and filed a cease and desist against me because I did listen to your other employees. You closed the one place that kept you honest and now I am going to share the e-mail that I did did that was over 4,000 words that is going to be for the world to see.

I proposed a chance for you to become honest, the fact taking from Gettys Images -- how misleading is that for many. It's a crank logic born from there as you sic'd your bunny ear lawyer on me because I listened to the reviewers and the employees when I engaged in my challenges to you.

Author Solutions Scam Company.

I put a down payment on a payment plan and then I canceled the payment plan in adequate amount of time according to their contract and they still stole money out of my bank account even though i canceled, then they took out another $9000 for "marketing scheme" I never agreed to or signed a contract for, and they refuse to pay any over draft fees that they made occur on my account. They also lie and tell u one thing and they do something else, when you ring them tehy all pass the phone around and laugh at you.

Once they have your credit card that is all they care about and they will just steal from it and do nothing for you. Xlibris is a ripoff company please dont trust this company they will rip u off and lie to u so please beware of this ripoff company that no one should trust with their money.

Xlibris just kept my Dad's $3900 and never even printed the book. They promised a refund but they never gave it.

They blocked him from ringing their offices to ask for his money back. Their contract said they would give a refund but they lied about sending a check. They just kept lying that they sent a check but he never got one.

They kept telling him to ring different people and kept saying they'd "look into" why he never got the check.2 yrs later no check no book no nothing they just stole $4000 from a 73 year old man.

Paid NZ$ 4,400, including "a wave off" 2000 for BlueInk Review

Be aware: Author Solutions/Xlibris/Author House are one and the same! It has started in Bloomington, sued in the USA, collapsed...

in 3-4 scam-companies!! - a few people collect the money in New Zealand, AustraliaEngland and USA. There are offices in Sydney, Australia and the Philippines; small staff in the Philippines and 1-3 men in Sydney. They are all very convincing and persuasive.

People, who don't have experience, like myself, easily fall for their scams. To the extent that i received "a Review from BlueInk": in plain email from Xlibris, no name, no signature, no stamp; disgusting vocabulary and spelling("Papua, New Guinea" - which is Papua New Guinea - one name for 1 country).

Paid NZ$2000 for a review that costs US$495 on the BlueInk website! I am gathering facts from several sources, including your pages to sue Xlibris with your help.
