I am writing because we are Authenticate Firsts customers since 2020 and have increased the number of monthly certifications recently and we use your service every week As we are based in Brazil, due to coronavirus crisis, the exchange rate of Brazilian Reais to USD has increased almost 50%, what is harming our business.
Can you please check if you can offer better price mark to a 5-20 authentications per month volume? We may increase soon to 100+.
Currently we use Real Authentication more because they offer the best price for authentications (we pay 8 dollars for 1 authentication and 10 dollars for 1 authentication + certificate). If you do a better offer (not necessary the same price of Real Authentication but something better than now), we will use your services for longer
