Seeking contact for international sales department. Trying for the last one week to reach out to the sales department. Will appreciate support.

Recycled my drone
- - Drone malfunctioned midflight, crashed, damaging the arm.
- - Autel recycled drone after shipping; replacement offered for $1700; I want equal value.
My drone went haywire in mid flight and wouldnt return home. As a result it crashed and broke the arm and inner skeletal bone.
I contacted autel, they said to ship it to them. I had to pay for the cost to ship it and havent received it back. They informed me through email that they recycled my drone. With out my consent or sending me a replacement.
Told me I could pay 1700$ to get a used one.
What a bunch of Bs. I want my drone or one of equal value!
