Have had my arm butchered twice by same technician. Attended clinic in Creswick and had my vein collapse after blood test.
Attended clinic in Daylesford to avoid this happening again and had the same technician, arm is bruised, swollen and painful and hoping this vein is ok.
You must make sure these people know what they are doing I know from having many blood tests this is not right having a blood test should not be like this. I would rate no stars.
