When I bought boots recieved pair too wide for feet, staff was very busy. When I tried to return I was told 'in not a doctor, I don't know why they hurt your feet'

Hi Brian, I’m sorry you had a poor experience with us. As the staff explained at the time of your visit, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on worn footwear; we did try to offer some solutions to adjust the fit of the boot to be a bit more snug.
Their comment regarding your foot pain was not meant to be insulting, and I apologize that it was taken as such. Staff wanted to make it clear that they are not able to diagnose foot pain beyond what was related to the fit of the boots, and that if you were experiencing considerable pain, that you may want to investigate further with a qualified professional.
