Aistin texas home Improvement is a very good choice foar any home improvent project large or small. My husband and I used them for a few small handyman repairs. Then we had them come out again to remodel our Kitchen and Bothrooms. We trused William W Dillard with a deposit of $5,500 before worked stated each week. They finish every thing on time with a beautiful finish. I recommed William W. Dillard and his crew at Austin Texas Home Improvements.

I used William W. Dillard with Austin Texas Home Improvements.

He is "NOT" scammer or a fraud. He had his men do the work I had requested to be completed. They did it very very well. There was one little stop I asked them to redo.

They real redid the work in the room and made sure I was a happy camper.

Thanks Will.

William W Dillard II Austin Texas Home Improvements

William W Dillard II Austin Texas Home Improvements
I hired William W. Dillard II with Austin Texas Home Improvements for several jobs in at my home. My wife and I work and live at our home and trusted Will Dillard with $4000.00 to for roofing, cabinet painting , and siding work. William W Dillard II and his team did a fine job. The were on time and completed the work within the time frame he said they could do it in. When they finished I was able to walk every project and point out anything I didn't like. They were only a few items I asked him to touch up. Will and his team made sure I was happy with the work before asking for the balance of the total project. I gladly gave him the rest of the money I owed him paying a total of $8,000.00. I am endorsing William W Dillard II and his company Austin Texas Home Improvements for any remodeling or home improvement work you may have. The cabinets in the picture are mine, they were stained with a natural wood grain look. Will painted them with very expensive paint without sanding them. Great Job Will. Sincerely, David JB Distributing

I meet William W. Dillard II on CraigsList which has a reputation hosting frauds and scammers.

I was hesitant give will the job because he did talk a little fast. However, I am glad I trusted him with my remodel. The scope of work was very long and had an estimated cost of 65K including labor. We Paid Will Dillard $5,500.00 per week until they were done.

Will estimated that they would need 5 weeks to finish the project and he was right. On the sixth week will had a punch list to complete. The list was not that long but had a few things that were expensive to complete. Will and his team did the work and without pause and made sure I was Happy.

I am a very picky and detailed person Will made sure that every detail I wanted in my home was as I wanted it. I don't know how he put up with my standing over his shoulder but he did.

Thanks Will I hope this endorsement makes up for my constant interuption of the beautiful work you and your crew did to my house. Thanks Will

Beware of Scam Artist William Dillard (carpenter)Austin,tx

Updated by user Jan 02, 2018

William Dillard has added a couple of comments supposedly from other people but he writes all of his comments and referrals himself and will never give a name or number to verify. He says he is licensed with insurance but has neither and can't produce anything to prove different.

1 year ago he worked for Travis Brown as a helper starting from scratch with no experience and Travis caught him using his name to advertice and steal jobs and business from him after he helped him with a place to live and train him for job. He was living in his truck and Travis helped him move in his house and gave him a job and training to get him on his feet and William Dillard showed how much he appreciated by lying ,stealing and cheating Travis Brown. He stole his identity and Travis caught him in the act 4 times before kicking him out of his home. William Dillard came back and stole hundreds of dollars in tools so he could work at Travis's expense.

Travis said he found a dozen referrals written by William Dillard with photos of work Travis had done and all in William's handwritting. We still have legal action pending against Dillard after I have grouped with Travis Brown and 5 other people that called Travis in the last year complaining about William Dillard lying ,stealing and cheating them also, He stole over $20,000 from a lady with cancer.

I met William W Dillard on august 7th. He gave me an estimate on replacing cach units in my house that was being remodeled. He said if I give him $500 for materials deposit he would start today and I gave him a check. He said he would start go buy materials and get permit and start tomorrow. He said he needed to take out my old cach units to turn in for core charge which I knew was a lie but didn't want the old eqipment anyway. He said he would have to tear out ac closet because it was dirty. I said nobody else said that was necessary and I would clean it to keep as is. He wanted to add $350 to replace closet that didn't need to be . He no longer had the lowest bid. I was there the next morning to work on house and his asst was removing old equipment. I called to ask Will when he was coming with new equipment to work. He said he was there already working. I told him I was there and I see rico working but didn't see him. He said oh I am on the way. 1 hour later he showed up and said he needed $1,000 for laboe deposit and he would get permit and equipment and be thru next day August 9th. I gave him $1,000 check reluctantly and reassured he would get permit and equipment and finish job by tomorrow. He guaranteed me finished by tomorrow. He didn't show up Wednesday and only texted me back when I called him where is equipment. He said he was coming but needed $4,500 cash to go buy eqipment that he estimated at $3,000. He said they don't take credit cards or checks which I called and found out to be a nother lie. I asked him if he got permit yet and he said he needed $750 to get permit. The permit cost is $130. He never shoed up wednesday. I called him Thursdau at 1:00 pm and he said he was on the way. I worked until 7:00pm and he never showed. I called him 4 times Friday morning, he never answered my messages or texts. i was working Friday night at 8:15 pm and he shows up with some homeless guy to tear out my ac closet. An unnecessay task meant to pad the bill. He never produced or applied for permit because his ac guy wasn't licenced to do so, he took my old cach units for spare parts. He never had the ability to get a permit or install cach units, he just took my money. He was conning me to give him other jobs in the house that were already taken. he blames Rico his asst for all problems .

I had a very similar experience with Will Dillard lying to me and blaming his crew for shoddy work. Will never takes the blame for anything that goes wrong with any of his jobs even though he is the GC and his guys work for him.

He hires homeless people (on my job plus others you will read about) and I found crack or *** and a glass pipe in a back pack that was left in the house by one of the transients he hired. Above all else, Will tried to charge me an additional $300 to haul off construction debris after I fired him for his incompetence, including PUTTING WOOD STAIN ON A VINYL PLANK FLOOR.

Slander. This man is obviously angry and is demonstating more than a complaint.

Negligence is a crime so is slander. The pissed customer is all over the place and need to used the site as intense. Hot air and slander on this post. I feel bad for the contractor he has many positive post that read as they should.

Straight forward not over the top. Good luck Will Dillard old man has it out for you.-Sandy P.

Why are you anonymous William Dillard?

Guest

I disagree. I hired him to do some work on my home.

He did a great job. With a very fair price.

I would definitely say that William Dillard is not a "scam artist". But in fact a respected honest business man.
