I paid $307dollars for a guitar on Amazon and they won't respond to me.

Poor excuse for a business. They will not respond back to you. I paid $307.39 for a fender guitar it's supposed to be here this week and it has never been shipped. And they won't respond back to you.

User's recommendation: Don't make the same mistake I did.

Fraudulent Transaction

A fraudulent transaction for a purchase from Austin Bazaar was posted to our credit card. They have refused to acknowledge the problem and accept the transaction reversal. I can only conclude that the company is complicit in the fraud.

User's recommendation: Be very careful in dealing with this company.

Lousy customer service response

I bought an electric bass guitar that arrived with a slight anomaly on the nut that cradles the strings above the fretboard. This was reported within 24 hours of receipt and Austin Bazaar responded, requesting photos and a description of the issue, after which the problem would be referred to their product department. I complied immediately. I never heard from them again even though I sent numerous emails. Their policy states no returns after 30 days regardless of reason. I believe they deliberately drag their feet to allow the 30 day window to expire,after which you're on your own. I will never buy from them again.
