Bad custtomer service
- - Financing failed for the truck; we returned it after 5 days; the $2,000 deposit was not refunded, violating WA Consumer Act.
austin auto sales could not find financing for a truck we purchased we had the truck for 5 days when the finance co called and said that they could not finace the loan under the signed agreement and that we had to bring the truck back which we did but the sales person said they would take the truck but would not give us our 2000.00 deposit back , which is against the washington state consumers act.

Salesman lied and car has three major issues. Went to get refund, salesman said not going to do it, they lie and say Mr.
Austin buys all the cars and is never there when owner is Teresa Kilgore. He walked away when me Mother threatened to call Attorney General. When my brother did the test drive the salesman was asked about the low coolant light was on, he said it was a censor. I put in fifty/fifty antifreeze two days later,the next day , the mechanic we had look at it was able to pour a whole gallon of water in it, he also noticed oil "sludge" in there.
As stated in previous person's complaint, car said runs good, salesman said it was the best car in the lot for the money and he drives them all. Power steering fluid has to be added daily to this car.

It was very hard on my cousin, as she bought a car and two weeks later, the engine blew. Austin Auto Sales won't even return her calls. the owner is Teresa Kilgore.
